Anna Filiminova

Anna Filimonova is a French-Russian painter based in Paris and Normandy. Born in Saint Petersburg in 1967, she studied at the renowned Ilia Repin Academy of Fine Arts before continuing her training at the Sorbonne and the École du Louvre.
Since 1992, she has exhibited widely across France, Japan, and the United States, and her works are held in public and private collections in Europe and Russia. She is affiliated with the National Society of Fine Arts and regularly exhibits in Paris at Art en Capital (Grand Palais) and the Salon of the SNBA (Carrousel du Louvre).
In addition to painting, Filimonova leads international cultural projects as president of the Festival Cultures Croisées and is the founder of the International Open-Air Large Format Painting Competition in Fourges, Normandy.
